The warranty is written into every quote, and installation, a service contract and parts are available for anything bought here. On a GC autosampler I confirm in writing that it controls your GC and works with your software, because that is the part that decides whether it is any use to you. Where a listing shows a diagram rather than a photograph, you get photographs of the actual unit when it is quoted.
