If what you need is not listed, a similar system can be sourced to your specification. Tell me the modules you need and the analyte you run, and I will come back with specific units, the configuration, the history where it applies, and the price. The warranty is written into every quote, and installation, a service contract and parts are available for anything bought here. On a GC autosampler I confirm in writing that it controls your GC and works with your software, because that is the part that decides whether it is any use to you. Where a listing shows a diagram rather than a photograph, you get photographs of the actual unit when it is quoted.

Waters ACQUITY UPLC with PDA detector and Column Manager, refurbished

A complete four-module ACQUITY stack: binary pump, cooled sample manager, a column manager that switches between columns, and a PDA. That makes it a method development system as much as a routine one, because you can screen columns and pull full spectra without re-plumbing anything. The photograph is the actual unit. One thing to understand before buying any UPLC: it will run your HPLC methods, but not unchanged. The system volume is far smaller, so a gradient method written on an older HPLC elutes earlier, and moving to smaller particle columns is an adjustment you have to justify under USP <621>. The pump is binary, so if your methods mix three or four solvents it is the wrong instrument. Tell me what you need to run and I will tell you straight whether this is the one.

Waters ACQUITY UPLC with TUV detector, refurbished

A three-module ACQUITY set up for routine assay work: binary pump, cooled sample manager with a column heater, and a dual wavelength TUV detector, running under Empower on the PC shown. The photographs are the actual system, filmed running replicate caffeine injections with 0.2% RSD on peak area. For a QC lab that knows its wavelength, a TUV gives you nothing to maintain that you do not need. If you want peak purity or spectral identification, you want a PDA instead. Like any UPLC it will run HPLC methods only after checking, because the small system volume shifts gradient retention, and the pump is binary, so methods needing three or four solvents are out.
