Deuterium lamp for the Jasco 970B, 975B, 1570, 1575, 2070 and 2075, cross-referenced to 5330-0091B. One lamp across six models, which is convenient, but note the letter: the A versions of the 970 and 975 take a different lamp, 5330-0092. The suffix on the instrument is the whole difference and it is easy to miss on a faded front panel. Check it before ordering, because these two are not interchangeable.

This lamp has no RFID chip. Some detectors
read a chip to log lamp hours. On those, an untagged lamp reports a tag error and will not
ignite until you set the lamp type manually, and you reset the lamp-hours counter yourself
afterwards. It runs normally once that is done. What that involves. If
you would rather have the chipped version, say so and I will quote that instead.
Before you order: if the instrument is misbehaving, tell me the symptom, not the part
number. Lamps and seals get replaced for problems they did not cause. The first look costs
nothing, and if this part is not the fix, I will say so.
